One of the last things I did before I left Ireland in September was to visit Clogherhead, about an hour or so up the coast from Dublin. Walking through the little seaside town down to the water, I passed by this charming cottage. Now, there are many, many cottages in Ireland that are similar to this, but this one in particular, with its thatched roof and blooming late-summer garden stood out in its iconically charming way. Then I Photoshopped it, so this version has been ‘watercolored,’ which I thought suited the cottage’s pretty exterior.
