Late September Swedish Sunflower

Perfect sunflower

On a late September day of warm sunshine and blue skies, an astonishing 48,000 sunflowers grow in a field in Sweden. The sunflowers (the Swedish call them ‘sun roses’) were grown as part of a community project to beautify Växjö, voted Europe’sGreenest City.’
