Sometimes you find architecture (of a sort) in the strangest places, like someone’s overgrown and ignored backyard. This elaborate birdcage, once coated in shining white paint, reminiscent of Victorian garden decorations, now lies abandoned in the sun, creating shadows and light, lines and shapes. It’s become a home for wayward lizards and determined weeds.
